Before Opening A Ticket

The more details you include, the faster staff can help.

For ARK issues: include your map, tribe name, character name, coordinates if possible, and what happened.

For Minecraft issues: include your username, server/world, what plugin or feature was involved, and screenshots if helpful.

For shop/supporter issues: include what package or item you purchased, your in-game name, and any transaction or Discord details staff requested.

For bug reports: explain what you were doing, what went wrong, and whether it happened once or repeatedly.
